His pain may have left scars, but if you took that away, he'd probably argue that he'd stop being himself."

He has raised some ideological opposition to Maruki in the past. Their meetings have often turned into heated debates, from what she's heard.

"I think... some people handle pain in different ways. What works for Crow-senpai might not work for someone else. When you're in a really dark place, sometimes hope seems impossible. If someone asks to be happy again, if someone asks for a change... Well, that's their choice."
