Huh. Only in Tartarus, or also in Mementos/etc?
I know my partner
hears
diegetic music sometimes, and I think Sakuraba does too, or at least there's some sort of synchronicity with his powers going on, but it's just for them, not everyone else.
Beats being dead. Properly, that is.
