He doesn't know if Futaba's words are comforting just yet but the fact that for once, he's dealing with a meagre stranger who can't hurt him or touch him for no reason. "Yeah..." he releases a sound through his nose, close to a scoff. "Yeah I get that." He's seen people die right before his eyes. Hell he has experienced death in dying people's bodies. He gets it.

A little too well.

He can't bear to look at Futaba's smile for long, keeping his gaze down as his hand curls up on a bunch of papers- venting out his frustrations on it. "I am nothing without my powers..." he shakes his head as a bitter laugh erupts from his throat. "It would all be for nothing."

"As for this Igor- " he grits his teeth as he balls the paper in his hand. "I don't know why you expect him to answer you guys. He seems like some empty puppet to a higher force- there is no way he’s going to answer to you."

"Just give me a bit...I just need to get used to this little predicament." He sighs as he sits down on the floor and pulls his knees to his chest. "Its pathetic in all honesty. Even if we have never met each other before."
