"Just sort of a hopeless situation back home," Ann says. "I'm sure you know how it is, having to fight through things on your own with no outside help...no guidance..." she shrugs. "But there's not much use on dwelling on it here, is there? If time really is frozen...better to use it to relax, right?" After all...it's not like she has the opportunity to do that, ever, back in the real world.
