Ren glances over his shoulder at the sound of Akechi's voice. "I think he's out," he offers. "I'm waiting on him, too."

So much for escaping Akechi thoughts. He takes the opportunity to give Akechi a quick once-over and decides this one is new to him. Something about his bearing... He's not like Sparrow, exactly, but he's not like a typical Akechi either. Ren turns on his stool to face him more fully. "I'm Ren, by the way."
