ive met ppl from worlds without phones, so ig they dont have it i bet its for worlds with cognitive shit only it also didnt show up until mementos + palaces did i think. which was a couple years ago maybe? ppl who fought in the dark hour, tv world, etc entered them differently to get into a palace u have to give the nav the name, location of the palace, and distortion shido, diet building, ship u dont need any of that for mementos tho u can just go there i have a couple questions for you now how do u access jails and the cognitive world if not with the nav? dont tell me u go through a post-apocalyptic tv + wdym "collective desires", whats the point of the monarch if their cognition isnt running the show and also i didnt actually say anything abt the nav. what made u draw the connection?
