It was thanks to her brother that she heard about this. Plus the nagging of her other to actually attend. She'd been holed up in her room since Fatalis, and that wasn't recommended anymore. She'd been outed as not having a will to survive, yet still existed thanks to whatever they felt like controlled this place.

Her eyes scanned over the people, almost hazy, like she was in a dream. None of these faces... they weren't the ones she came to know. How many had joined since she went off welcome commitee. No wonder Ren was stressed, she could fake this, it was just a dream. At least that's what she could tell herself.
