"Oh, what the fresh fuck is this."
Next to Shinji, Koromaru whines. He has no idea either, but it doesn't smell dangerous.
Shinji sighs. "Good to know, I guess..." He maneuvers his coat around in his hands until he can reach in the pocket - okay, keys are still there, he should be able to duck back out to Liminal Space whenever he wants. Cool.
Now to figure out what the fresh fuck this is.
He ignores Igor entirely, and almost does the same to the conspiracy board until the word 'Tartarus' jumps out at him. Well, shit, that's not a good sign. Oh well. At least he knows where he stands with the Dark Hour, and he's actually way better equipped to handle it than the last time he had to.
Anyway, that gets him to stop long enough to scan the information, and then he's off to Iwatodai. Reading can only tell you so much, after all. Actually seeing what's out there is going to work a hell of a lot better.

"'Last place'? This isn't your first time being yanked out of your world?"
Now she's curious. What other place could this have been? Hopefully not as bad as the reality she just got out of...

She has a slightly bigger grin now, finding herself hooked.
"What kind of place did you end up at?"
no subject
It was... exhausting.

"...Sounds rough, being flung at things by the people in charge. Guessing they couldn't do it themselves?"
Despite saying it like that, she sounds empathetic.

"Not so much, no."

She pauses, considering where to go from here.
"So you visited multiple worlds then, not even just one other one."

"Wasn't expecting so many... I can see why this isn't phasing you much then."
She thought she handled it fairly well, but man, Shinji's practically run circles around her with experience involving this. All she's got is Metaverse experience, visiting her Velvet Room, and now this.
"I don't know if I could stand being sent to so many worlds."

Koromaru barks. That's part of what Shinji brought him there for!

"Sounds like you made a lot of friends along the way."
That's a good thing, honestly. She learned that herself during her time in Tokyo. She knows for a fact that she wouldn't have made it if she had no one during that time...

He's never trusted easily. Making as many friends in Liminal Space as he did is still kind of weird to think about.

"I've got my own friends back home. Took a while, but now..."
They're inseparable, she feels. Even if she has to go back home soon, they'll never be apart.
"...Eh, you get what I mean. Didn't expect to make friends, but made 'em anyway."
