A.
It's finally happened.
Crow has quite possibly lost it.
At least, that's one way to explain his handiwork at the Diet building today. Somehow, some way, he's meticulously spray painted an image of Masayoshi Shido picking his nose while smiling like an idiot with his tongue sticking out. How long did it take him? Good question. What inspired him to make something so childish? Also a good question!
But as he finishes his handiwork, he takes a step back, turns around, pulls off his face mask, and takes a whiff of the air facing away from the paint fumes. He pulls up the pair of goggles he'd donned, resting them against his forehead.
"Well, that was a lot of effort for very minimal returns."
But perhaps he can make something of it...
B.
After finishing his grand display, Crow decides to do the only sensible thing. He puts up posters everywhere, inviting people to behold a new art piece at the National Diet. Why? Because he can. Because, quite frankly, he has lost control of his life and was told to unwind.
So here he is. Unwinding. Un-freaking-winding.
C.
After some time, Crow decides it's time for a grand finale. He's made sure the area is clear first, a task made easier with Hiro's navigation abilities. He even invited Raven along for the ride... and now...
Raven holds his Evoker to his temple. "Is it time?"
"Just a moment." Crow raises his own Evoker, while Hiro leaps back and raises his left palm.
And then, with the pull of a trigger, Raven's Robin Hood, Hiro, and Crow's Loki all unleash Megidolaons at the building.
Feel free to behold their artistry. Or question their life choices. That's fine, too.

How long has Yaeko been watching Crow's progress? That's a great question!

"...I suppose, but how long were you standing there?"
Hiro didn't even tell him he had an audience. Then again, Hiro may not have wanted to distract him. He's probably still nearby, but is it even worth flagging him down?

Is it a masterpiece? No, but it doesn't need to be.

The answer is not long ago, she saw a mural in the distance, got closer to investigate, and just sorta decided to speak up now.
But hey she is here! And this is an Akechi she’s pretty sure she hasn’t met yet!
She didn’t decide to announce her presence beforehand though, whoops.

"In a manner of speaking. My partners and Raven seem adamant that I let loose, so here we are."
no subject
“So, do you plan to break it? Or something.” She tilts her head. “I didn’t think about it until after I was done painting with Dove, but breaking a picture of Shido sounded really cathartic.” She asks innocently, but she hisses shido’s name like a curse despite her playfully curious expression.
no subject
He shrugs. It's silly. Absurdly so, in fact, but at least it's something that requires less responsibility.
no subject
“I’ll have to stick around for that. Sounds fun! Hehe” she giggles.
Shame it’s not the real shido that they can destroy, but a mocking replica will have to do~

B, prelude to C perhaps?
He holds no love for the Diet Building, and even less for Masayoshi Shido. The Diet Building is one of the constants in the Universe of Amala, usually turned into a dungeon of some kind by the time he gets there.
And yes. He would love to behold some choice art of Shido. Cait Sith seems excited too, blabbing the entire way there, and Ren lets him, amused.
And so, he shows up to the Diet Buildings, beholding the spectacle. He stares at it for a while while Cait Sith laughs his ass off at the crude art, and it even manages to draw a chuckle out of himself.
Hehe. Yeah, that's perfect for a guy like him.
He can sense someone nearby, but he doesn't leave. He's trying to be more... social, since the party. The party was fun; he'd forgotten how those could be. Even if the robot Akechi ended up screaming at people who didn't deserve it, probably.
works for me! o>
Hiro keeps insisting they mask up and wear goggles as added safety measures.

"It's fitting," he says, gesturing at the graffiti. "He'd hate it."
His lips curl up, just the slightest bit. "Good thing, too."
no subject
Guernica he is not. Perhaps she would have the tenacity to do so. Her street art is rather renowned and rebellious, after all.
no subject
... Maybe he's overestimating his old companion, but still.
Cait Sith has gone up to Hiro and Raven, animatedly yapping about one thing or another. It's kind of funny, how he ended up with two cats to guide him through his new life. Lives? Oh well.
"Gonna blow it up now?" he asks, turning back to Crow.

"Huh...? An art piece...?"
She turns her head to look at Crow, though she can't help but look a little worried as she sees he seems a bit... out of sorts? She thinks?
"Would you like some help?"
It's the least she can do, seeing the guy go through all the trouble putting up these fliers...
no subject
no subject
"I have plenty of time, so I'd be glad to help."
So she straightens the stack of fliers she has before stepping a little closer to Crow to follow along.
"Um... To whom do I owe the pleasure? I'm Sumire Yoshizawa, but my codename is Briar."
There are so many Akechis, she's never entirely certain which one is which when she meets a new one...
no subject
But where to go next... hmm. Perhaps Kichijoji? That is a frequent haunt for his fellow Akechis. "It's a pleasure, Briar. I must admit, I've only encountered a few of your alternate selves in my time here."

He, like most Rens/Akiras/whatever, hate Shido too, and he doesn't have any love for the Diet Building. Sure he has a friend who got re-elected into Diet, but that's one person. Not the government itself.
The artwork does get a chuckle out of him. He's tempted to add his own, but he's not sure he can top that. He's not as skilled as Yusuke, or Yaeko for that matter, when it comes to art. Though he can draw the Phantom Thieves logo with his eyes closed at this point.
no subject
Crow turns to greet the newcomer, resting a hand on his hip. "I suppose you like what you see, then?"
no subject
Even though Shido never gained a persona and become a monster, he was pretty monsterous on the inside. Which is pretty much in the majority of timelines most likely.
no subject
At least he can say it with an air of nonchalance. There's an ironic edge that outweighs any bitterness to his words.

When did Shrike get here? How long has Shrike been here? It's impossible to say. But he's holding his phone at a jaunty angle to snap a couple shots of the artwork. None of Crow himself, yet, but perhaps that's to come.
"How do you feel about merch?"
There's another shutter click noise.
