[EVENT] Memory Tapes
On the morning of November 21st, denizens in the Velvet Room will awake to a message on their phones or by their bedsides in an envelope. Perhaps even on their computer screens.
Greetings! If you've received this message, then you've been selected as a participant in a new activity to strengthen bonds within this community.
In order to facilitate connections with your fellow residents, we advise you to watch this video. Watch it and return the tape to its rightful owner. If you lacked the means to watch VHS tapes before, we have provided you with the necessary equipment.
Failure to do so may put your own memories at risk. Do not be selfish, lest you find yourself struggling to recall crucial moments of your life. You have no way of knowing which memories have been shared, so ask yourself if it is worth the risk to selfishly hoard another's secrets.
They will soon find a VHS tape, with a case that gives off a soft, blue glow to symbolize its importance. If they lack a TV or VCR, they will find one in their living space.
What they do is up to them, but they should heed the warning, if they value their own memories.
[For links to characters' memories, please see this post in the OOC comm. Have fun!]

-and twists around as Amada reappears behind him, as if nothing had happened. He jumps back, arms raised, even though he knows gun won't work.
"You-!" he snarls, furious at the amusement, but forces himself to concentrate, calling forth Loki with a growl. "Debilitate!"
no subject
"I don't understand," he says, still smiling. "What exactly are you trying to achieve?"
no subject
"Loki!" he roars, eyes wild and glowing, "laevateinn!"
Even if this doesn't work, he still has plenty of tricks up his sleeve- he's not letting this evil creature run wild.
no subject
"It's just, from what I understand, people who die here just get brought back to life. So, again, what is it that you are trying to achieve?"
no subject
With some effort, sealing away his power should work. He just needs to weaken him enough-
"Megidolaon!"

...unfortunately, the damage seems to instantly repair itself, and Ken is good as new, except with scratched clothes.
"'The point,' as you say, eludes me. To defy the rule of strength, you would need power yourself."
no subject
But it does prove he can be hurt- Falcon just needs to keep it up long enough. He was made for this, he has to do it. He ignores the banter- that's not what he's here for. The instant heal is going to prove a nuisance- but no matter. This, too, Falcon can handle, and he calls upon Loki once more.
If the other can't think straight he won't be able to heal- and perhaps he'll take Falcon seriously this time. Red and black energy gathers around Loki, Falcon's eyes glowing red as he points at Amada.
"Destroy his mind, Loki!" he shouts, "Call of Chaos!"

"You are starting to be annoying," he says while getting up, his playful tone replaced by a dangerous one. "Thoughtless lashing out is no fun. Give me a better fight or I'm ending this right now."
no subject
"Engaging Orgia Mode!"
Power flows through his circuits, his fans working overtime- every system is working at 100% capacity, and as he flits around Amada, he reaches deep inside his Plume of Dusk-
"Robin Hood! Loki!" he screams as the two Personas shatter into existence at the same time, blue flames of power roaring around him and his Personas. Energy gathers, the air crackling.
"Give him hell!"
Two super-powered Megidolaon's blast into Amada- a purple explosion of Almighty magic sending a shockwave through Mementos. It has to be enough- it has to be.

However, Ken also sports a dangerous smile.
"Finally! I was starting to get bored, but you unleash your true power! I was considering simply tearing you apart with my bare hands, but as a reward, let me give you a more fitting end."
His Persona finally appears right above him, similar to the one from the other Ken with similar powers, but all black instead of all white, with red streaks and a purple aura. It is also bound in chains, as if some force is - unsuccessfully - trying to contain it.
"Ker! Transcendance!"
A large black aura envelops Ken, unleashing pressure waves that can be felt even several meters away from him. Scanners would show his power grow drastically, and any conscious mind within proximity would get the urge to run away, as Death is standing there.
Ken then manipulates time with Time Contraction, allowing him to both set up his protective barrier with Midnight Veil and his Tyrant's Aura at the same time.
A dark, translucent sphere appears around Ken, seemingly ready to block incoming attacks, while a golden glow fills the room. Anyone within the Tyrant's Aura would be struck with Dread, find it more difficult and more costly in stamina to move or act, and would feel their life very slowly being drained away.
"You have earned the right to see this taste of my real strength."

But he can't- he can't give up- he has to seal this evil away. He forces his stance to stay firm, to force out the sensation of Death attempting to paralyze him. He won't waver, he won't, he-
He's made a mistake. That attack took so much energy, and he doesn't know how much he has left in him, but he- fuck, he's a weapon, he's made for this, he has to, he has-
"Megidolaon!" he calls out again, forcing a hesitant Robin Hood and Loki to send out another attack- he refuses to show hesitance or fear, burying it underneath more anger, he has to win this, he has to seal this evil away-!
no subject
"Impressive that you're still able to do anything in this situation! However, that does not give you the power to do anything of consequence."
Ken uses his Temporal Contraction to both Concentrate his magic power and Debilitate his opponent. He starts floating in the air, and raises his hand, ready to inflict the fatal blow.
"When you wake up from death, think long and hard about your life choices. Those with power stand at the top, and the others shall obey! Defy me again and find the consequences!"
Reality rift.
Space-time itself is torn apart within Falcon's body. His Personas may attempt to stabilize him, but the magical force coming from Ken is just incredibly overwhelming. It looks like it's the end.
no subject
"No- no, I won't- I won't just let you-" he screams, voice glitching harshly, but he shakily raises his arm up, calling out to his Personas.
"Me-Megido-"
But he's cut off by Amada's attack- Robin and Loki screech, disappearing back into him in an attempt to minimize the damage, but it's no use. All Falcon's systems scream at him with catastrophic failure, a horrible mechanic noise echoing through Mementos-
His vision cuts out, and despair is the last thing he feels before his consciousness cuts out as well.
All that remains of what once was Falcon are a few pieces of scrap metal, unrecognizable for the living machine they once were.
