[Goro doesn't know how he got here with the weird man with the big nose who seems weirdly worried for a stranger, and he mostly just knows that he really needs to Get Home, because that's what he was doing before he was here. 

So he heads out of the door that feels like it should go where home is, and... promptly feels overwhelmingly lost. Tokyo is BIG, after all! And there's so, so many people...

But Goro is Strong and Brave and he didn't like the blue room so instead he can currently be found wandering around Shibuya and trying to find somewhere familiar.]

That's okay. I don't think anyone does, but...

[He runs a hand through his hair. How to put this...]

I'm not sure anyone you know is here. This is a strange world- it looks like the real Tokyo, but it's more like a parallel world. Like something out of a storybook.

...oh. [He thinks of all of the stories he's read and the ones he's seen.] You mean... like in Featherman?

[In Featherman they always saved the day and got to go home after that, so maybe what they need to do is be heroes?]

Something like that.

[At least he's familiar. It'd be a shame if he wasn't, really.]

Think of it like... the strange man with the nose brought us here in order to cultivate bonds and help us grow as people.

[It takes him a while to think that through. Most of it still doesn't make sense yet.]

...does that mean I get to be taller?

Well, if you eat right, I think you'll do just fine. Thankfully, everything here is free.

[He pauses, eying his little fangs.]

They even have little juice boxes with blood if that's something you'll need.

[bloodboxes]

Free? Everything?

[He finds it difficult to imagine that much being just... given away. Even the bathhouse costs a few of the coins he's given!

But then blood is mentioned and he self-consciously tucks them away under his lip while nodding.]

Everything.

[But, ah, he sees the way the little guy hides his teeth and frowns.]

You don't have to hide them. I've already seen another vampire, and a much bigger one.

[bloodboxes]

[Mama doesn't like grown ups like him, though, so that makes him a little worried, and he goes back to sort of chewing on his lip a little.]

...what were they like?

[fogboundcrow]

Hmm... A teenager. Fairly pleasant and laid back?

[Also had very nice eyes, but that's not the kind of thing you tell a young child. That would be weird.]

[bloodboxes]

Sometimes people seem nice but they're actually kind of mean...

[He has no idea how ironic that is.]

[He sighs, unable to protest.]

That's true. There are a lot of cruel people in this world, but I believe this one is decent, and I tend to be very distrusting of strangers.

[bloodboxes]

Um... [He's still not sure - but this older kid seems to understand how he feels.] Okay.

[fogboundcrow]

You don't have to meet him, but it might be nice to have someone who can understand and keep you safe? And if he does anything suspicious, I'll kick him.

[Right between the legs. It's quite effective!]

[bloodboxes]

I can do that too! ...Though mama says I shouldn't.

[He might not be as strong as an adult yet, but he's still stronger than a normal kid, that's for sure.]

It's not polite to kick people, but sometimes they deserve it. I don't think Akira-san deserves it, but I suppose we'll be the judges of that.

[He'll go ahead and turn in the general direction of Yongen-jaya, since that vampire is probably there. Maybe.]

[bloodboxes]

[Goro will just start following the older boy... him? then? in that direction.]

She says be careful if I hit people. Even if they deserve it.

You must be strong.

[It's said without any judgment. Maybe it's a vampire thing? To be so powerful, even it a young age.]

[bloodboxes]

Mn. But I wanna be strong like the heroes are strong.

[And he always gets this feeling like people look at him a bit like he's the Wrong Kind. Which isn't fair.]

[fogboundcrow]

[Awww. That's really sweet, and about what he expects for an Akechi at that age.]

That's right. And heroes only fight people who deserve it. They fight to protect others.

[bloodboxes]

Right, right! That's what makes them cool, and why everyone likes them so much.

[It's why he wants to be his mama's hero.]

...Are we nearly there yet?

[Hey, look at that! It's a cafe. And the sign says Leblanc in English letters.]

Oh, there we are! Now we'll just have to see if he's there...

[Akechi cracks the door open, curious.]

Is there a vampire in the building today?

[bloodboxes]

[Goro follows older-him inside and takes a good look around. The smells of coffee and curry are strong, but not in a bad way, but no one seems to be around yet... and then he yelps, startled, as there's suddenly steps on the stairs coming down when he hadn't heard anything before.

He hides a little behind older-him as the person he's sure is the vampire comes down. He... doesn't look very scary, though. He looks kind of like one of the bigger kids he'd see around town.]

Akechi-kun? What's- oh. Hello?

[Akira looks over at the older Akechi, hoping for answers, or context. Something would be nice.]

Hello. Apologies for dropping in unannounced like this, but I found this little one, and I thought it might be helpful if he met another vampire.

[He'll place a supportive hand on the little Akechi's shoulder.]

It's all right. Akira-san won't hurt you.

[bloodboxes]

[Akira looks between them, nodding both thanks and also agreement and - hopefully - reassurance.
Little Goro comes out from hiding, slightly.]

Ohh... [So this was Akira-san? He bows.] My name is Goro Akechi. 'S nice to meet you.

It's nice to meet you too, Goro-kun. I know a Goro Akechi back home, too. He's even older than Akechi-kun here, although he's human, too.

[fogboundcrow]

I wonder if your worlds have similar types of vampirism. With only two of you so far, it's difficult to say, but that may be something fun to discuss at some point or another.

[He glances between the two, watching with his free hand beneath his chin.]

At the very least, this little one is in no danger out in daylight.
