[Goro doesn't know how he got here with the weird man with the big nose who seems weirdly worried for a stranger, and he mostly just knows that he really needs to Get Home, because that's what he was doing before he was here. 

So he heads out of the door that feels like it should go where home is, and... promptly feels overwhelmingly lost. Tokyo is BIG, after all! And there's so, so many people...

But Goro is Strong and Brave and he didn't like the blue room so instead he can currently be found wandering around Shibuya and trying to find somewhere familiar.]

Hi! [He sure is a kid.] Yeah, the older kids in school sometimes have holes in their mouths.

[He doesn't even bother pointing out a difference between kids like him and kids like the other-him next to him here. It happens to everyone, right?]

They're called "milk teeth" because it's a reference to mother's milk. The age you are when they grow in, I suppose.

Ooohh... [ He makes a small noise of comprehension. ] I get it.

[Of course he knew, and thankfully the explanation doesn't seem to have phased the two kids. But hold on a moment.]

I was going home and then I was in the blue room but when I got out I- [He bites his lip, small baby milk fangs pressing lightly into it.] I don't know.

[Huh. He's upset the vampire. He... didn't quite expect that.]

It's all right, Goro-kun. You don't need to worry.

There's another of you here. Have you met any of the Akiras?

[Does he mention Ren—the single, solitary Ren? No, he does not.]

[Baby misses his mama. But... there's another him? and the older him says not to worry. So he'll try and be braver again.]

Akira? I don't know an Akira-san. Why? Who's that?

[He's still a little on the quiet side, though.]

[ He's scooted closer to other-him in an attempt to be comforting without interrupting. But the conversation has started to be confusing. ]

He's not another us. He's an Akira...

That's right. [Yeah, he's keeping track, but he can see how it would make a kid's head spin.]

I think one of the Akiras is like you, Goro-kun. With the pointy teeth, yes? He'll know what you need.

Let me see if I can find him, and then I'll call back.

[... and, after quite a while, Hawk's new futurephone will start to ring, or vibrate, or whatever it does.]

[ Goro breaks off his conversation with other-him with the teeth and picks up the phone, excited to talk to Magpie again. ] Hi.

Hello, Hawk. How are things? [Something tells him this is doomed to fail.]

Good! We're talking. Did you find the Akira with pointy teeth?

[ That's still all he knows about the situation. Pointy teeth. ]

[pancakeboy]

[He sounds absolutely bright and friendly. It takes work to be this good, plus it's easier on the phone.]

I did. I spoke to Crow, too. They both say your friend can stay with whichever of them he prefers.

[Another kid in Inaba, sure. Might as well keep them all together. Maybe he really will eat some of the others, and lighten the workload.]

Ooh. [ He looks at other-him. ] Do you wanna stay with the Akira-san with pointy teeth? Or with me and Akira-chan our age and bigger us and even bigger us?

[bloodboxes]

You mean I get to choose? [And, then,] That's a lot of uses!

[A Big Part of him wants to just... go back to where home was like he'd been trying before, where it was familiar. But that hadn't been working, and if the other Goro and the older one on the phone thought it was okay... then maybe it was?]

That sounds like a lot of people... are you sure I'll fit?

[ Goro nods earnestly. ] It's a whole house. With three bedrooms.

[ That's still amazing when he thinks about it. He's living in a house. ]
