Welcome to the TV Dungeon hub for Gorobo and Digigoro's TV Dungeons! Here, you can find all relevant information, as well as the toplevels for each 'checkpoint' of the plot. In case you are unable to tag for any reason at all, or threads go past the deadline, please indicate what your character(s) did in the summary check-in below!

SCHEDULE:

15/3/25: Signups open. 

 

21/3/25(Today!): Hub goes up. 

 

22/3/25: Toplevel of Gorobo and Digigoro's appearance on the Midnigh Channel. General catch-all for players to have their character react to the disappearances, and their appearances on the Midnight Channel, as well as to ICly create a team/plan/etc

 

29/3/25: Toplevels for the dungeons. Characters will discover one dungeon that, when entered, splits into two distinct dungeons. ICly, they will not know what path leads to who, but we will provide info OOCly for players to make a decision.

 

5/4/25: Toplevels for the confontation with the Shadows.

 

12/4/25: Resolution toplevels. Characters can speak to Gorobo or Digigoro after the fact, or with one another to discuss what happened.

DUNGEONS:

It appears as one dungeon. On the outside, it is a jungle-covered Tokyo. The main building is a laboratory, which has a staircase going up, and one going down. For Digigoro, take the stairs down. For Gorobo, take the stairs up.

I'd like to add that there is some overlap between the TV world and the Metaverse. Any weaponry you use in the Metaverse should function similarly there. Your Metaverse masks will work in lieu of glasses, but if you lack the glasses, they're accessible right outside the TV.

Also, do not try to enter the TV world from any television that isn't the center most display screen in the Junes electronics department. You will get lost.

Try to bring at least one Goho-M. Shiroku's store in Inaba carries them, along with assorted healing items and elemental items you can use to broaden your coverage. Fresh produce can also work wonders. For instance, melon acts as a single-person Soma.

At any rate, Hiro and I will assist with Falcon's dungeon, and if need be, we can navigate.

Oh really? That makes things a lot easier as I was planning on grabbing a pair of glasses. I might do so anyway as a back-up plan.

[Vampire Ren will likely do the same. She hasn't decided where she'll go, and neither has Ren either.]

It certainly wouldn't hurt.

After we defeated Izanami, the fog was no longer a concern, but this version of the TV world exists in a state more comparable to before we closed the case.

Did the shadows disappear too after Izanami's defeat?

[At some point she'll reach the point of the Metaverse disappearing, but she hasn't seen that happen yet. Futaba still needs saving, as well as other events to happen.]

They mostly remained within the individual dungeons. The wider TV world was much more peaceful, and the fog no longer presented a risk.

We did have an unfortunate incident involving the formation of a new dungeon, but rather than fight enemy Shadows, we had to fight one another in a tournament.

That sounds awful. It's one thing to spar with each other, but to be forced to fight each other? Not cool.

[Shiho would hate to have to fight her fellow Phantom Thieves if she was being forced to.]

It was a frustrating endeavor, but at least we were able to save Labrys-san and give her a new purpose. The circumstances may not have been ideal, but when a TV dungeon spawns, it's our duty to see it through.

[What came after did create a snag, however.]

Noir and I have been keeping on top of the gardens since there was first talk of a figure on this Midnight Channel thing. We should have plenty in stock.

I have some produce in our garden as well, so I'll make sure to harvest it prior to the operation.

I must confirm whether these glasses will interfere with my optic cameras.

We gave Aigis-san glasses just as a precaution, but I believe her optics fared rather well even without them. Generally speaking, the glasses allow one to look past the fog and little else.
