Welcome to the TV Dungeon hub for Gorobo and Digigoro's TV Dungeons! Here, you can find all relevant information, as well as the toplevels for each 'checkpoint' of the plot. In case you are unable to tag for any reason at all, or threads go past the deadline, please indicate what your character(s) did in the summary check-in below!

SCHEDULE:

15/3/25: Signups open. 

 

21/3/25(Today!): Hub goes up. 

 

22/3/25: Toplevel of Gorobo and Digigoro's appearance on the Midnigh Channel. General catch-all for players to have their character react to the disappearances, and their appearances on the Midnight Channel, as well as to ICly create a team/plan/etc

 

29/3/25: Toplevels for the dungeons. Characters will discover one dungeon that, when entered, splits into two distinct dungeons. ICly, they will not know what path leads to who, but we will provide info OOCly for players to make a decision.

 

5/4/25: Toplevels for the confontation with the Shadows.

 

12/4/25: Resolution toplevels. Characters can speak to Gorobo or Digigoro after the fact, or with one another to discuss what happened.

DUNGEONS:

It appears as one dungeon. On the outside, it is a jungle-covered Tokyo. The main building is a laboratory, which has a staircase going up, and one going down. For Digigoro, take the stairs down. For Gorobo, take the stairs up.

More than a day after the broadcast, a small, bedraggled figure staggered free of the house that Wolf had occupied- and made its way towards the Dojima house.

Rookmon... had not slept. That much was obvious. In fact, he looked more than exhausted; his left wing was being held at an odd angle that suggested an injury, his feathers badly ruffled and even singed in some places-

But with effort, he made his way halfway across town to his destination- and so it was that just before sundown on the day after the Midnight Channel had flared to life- the quiet air of Inaba's residential district was split by the sound of a fist pounding on the Dojimas' door, a hoarse voice crying out-

"Raven! Ken! Sovereigns- someone, answer the damned door, please-"

The pounding is alarming, to say the least, but Raven hustles to the door quickly, and...

Stops, eyes wide.

"Rookmon..."

Ah.

At least he's okay. Well, alive. That's the important part.

"Raven- I need to talk to Ken as well, but you- you know Goro, he likes you, whether he gives it voice or no, please- I don't know what's happened, but he's gone missing, and I can't- I did my best to find him, but without him I can't-"

The little avian's breast swelled with something painful, some emotion that was swiftly shoved down. "I need help to reach him. Please. He's never- he's never been alone. Not in years. I can't leave him in that place, and I can't get past the Shadows in there, and either he can't come to me or he won't."

Raven steps aside, gesturing for Rookmon to come in. "Why don't you sit down first? I already suspect I know where he went, but one thing at a time."

Jay finally got to the door, peering at the house next door. What the hell? He hadn't seen a mon here before. But Raven seemed to be concerned about what ever what going on, so he took a few steps outside.

Rookmon glanced over to meet the gaze of another Goro- one he hadn't met before- before returning to Raven, nodding and following inside. "I... you're right. You're right, of course. I mustn't panic, I merely-"

The little digimon cast his gaze downward, eyes watering. "I couldn't reach him by myself. I came as quickly as I could, but it was- it's like a maze, I could barely make it out, and by the time I made my way here, I don't... I don't even know how long it's been since he disappeared..."

[fogboundcrow]

"Oh, hello, Jay-kun." Raven pauses, then... "You can come in if you want. It's all right."

There's no reason to be a poor host. In fact, he'll fetch some snacks while he listens to Rookmon. After an experience like that, he must be hungry.

"The TV world is difficult to maneuver without glasses. We're actually hoping to organize rescue parties for Wolf and Falcon, so you can rest assured that they won't suffer alone."
