rosemauditeOver lunch, Haru finally gets a chance to send the video. It picks up at "--fess everything to you all," since that's when she realised she should maybe be recording, and ends with Kamoshida begging to be arrested.
She and Goro have been talking about someone targeting Kamoshida since the calling cards went up; she'd snuck one off the bulletin board and sent him a picture the same day. They'd decided at the time to wait and see what happened, and not bother anyone else with the details unless or until they have to. She's curious to see what he's going to make of this confession. (She's not sure what she thinks herself. Certainly Kamoshida deserved some kind of comeuppance for his assorted abuses, but would a more permanent option have been preferable?)
She's not going to find out what Goro makes of it for quite some time, apparently, as after school she finds herself-- elsewhere.
To say Haru is not amused would perhaps be an understatement, especially since neither of her phones are picking up anything but the Metanav. (Her father pays for the one phone directly, so neither she nor Goro trust it for personal business. She pays for their second phones out of her monthly allowance.) She has things to do and none of them involve being stuck in weird cognitive versions of Tokyo, or of anywhere else.
At least Mementos is still there to blow off some steam in. It's not the same working alone, not anymore, but it's an option. When she's gotten as much satisfaction out of that as she can, she opts for Iwatodai, to see what she can see.
(She may or may not end up setting up her base of operations in the love hotel, because she can.)
