Throughout Tokyo, you may find graffiti art scattered across various buildings. Each one is a bit shaky, as though the artist is trying to get used to it.

The nature of the art varies, but it usually depicts... honestly? It's hard to explain what it depicts. It's very nebulous, splattering, scattered colors. They each depict a bird of some sort, though it's a bit hard to tell exactly what kind of bird it is, as it's always a silhouette.

There aren't any words to them, it's just an attempt at depicting feelings, passion... It's almost sort of dream-like, in a sense, perhaps. Something distant, perhaps even from the artist themselves.

Still, an influx of sudden, unfamiliar graffiti may stand out to the people that frequent the Tokyo area.

Option 1: Dove's staring at the construction site at Odaiba. His expression is hard to read, especially since he has a cloth mask over his mouth and nose. He holds a spray can in his hand, and it trembles slightly. For some reason he just really doesn't like this place.

...There's still some part of him that's screaming not to do this. Not to 'deface' the buildings and express his frustrations and anger-- it is anger, he believes, in this manner. It's destructive, it's harmful, it's...

But his grip on the spray can tightens slightly, and he approaches the stadium construction site, trying to find a clear spot. It's not like the graffiti is going to last, it'll disappear after a while thanks to the nature of this place. So... perhaps it'll be fine?

So he begins to approach the blocked off construction zone, aiming to find a wall or something to leave a piece of art on. Some spiteful part of him refuses to let him do otherwise, even if he's uncertain of himself.

Option 2: He's leaving the Diet Building alone, but he passes by it, and stares at it. The cloth mask is currently off as he's trying to find a new location to paint that isn't too damaging.

His eyes narrow slightly, feeling a strange tension building up in his chest. He hates it, he doesn't want to feel like this, but... where does the anger go? How does someone rid themselves of the anger? He just feels it filling him from nowhere, and he's not sure all the broken glass and shredded newspaper in the world will put a stop to it.

He was originally angry that people were treating Yoshizawa-san so harshly, but now he just feels the anger building up, and he needs to do something. The paint can called to him on some deep level, and without even thinking he had grabbed it. Perhaps his pride should have stopped him, perhaps his reservations should have stopped him, but he just... he just found himself acting on some distant, almost missing part of himself.

...Is this really how it feels for anger to last? He hates it.

But even so, he forces himself to ignore the Diet Building. His pride won't let Izaya be right about him.

...Izaya isn't correct about him... right...?

Option 3: The third place someone may find him painting at is actually a random wall in Shinjuku. He just finds himself there, and just paints, and paints. He feels the tension from earlier leaving his body as he focuses on the art. It's strange, he's not much of an artist, but it still feels familiar... and it puts him at ease.

It's nice, just being able to lose yourself in something. The anger before is practically a bygone memory, and he's back to feeling... well, pleasant. He wants to at least finish this painting before he stops though, eager to do that much. He's not a quitter, he doesn't give up on anything. He refuses.

But he's in a much better mood now overall, and is just painting with a small smile under his cloth mask.
